We handle thousands of claims a year across Southeast Michigan. Most people going through a property loss have never done it before. They need the damage cleaned up, and they also need someone to explain what is happening, what comes next and how the insurance process works.
We read the building the way a builder does, tracking what water or soot has done behind the drywall, and we tell you what we find in plain language. We are an IICRC Certified Firm.
Our work covers water removal and extraction, flood cleanup, water damage repair, sewage cleanup and structural drying. We also handle fire and smoke damage, soot cleanup, emergency board-ups, storm damage and mold remediation, as well as asbestos testing, containment and abatement.
Then we rebuild. Reconstruction is half of what we do, because homeowners kept telling us they wanted one company for the drywall, the cabinets and the paint as well as the cleanup. With us, you can deal with one team from the first call to the finished room. If you have your own contractor for the rebuild, you are free to use them.
Our line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we stay with you through the recovery, including the documentation your insurance company will ask for. To us, a home is more than a property.
