Forms and phone calls
Submitting a form or calling us asks us to contact you about your request by phone or email. We may also email you about our services, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and training. We send text messages only if you check a consent box on one of our website forms, as described in the SMS Terms below.
SMS Terms
Program description. Response Flood & Fire (Response Environmental, LLC) sends text messages to people who opt in on a form on our website, such as our contact form. The opt-in is optional and covers transactional text messages: appointment scheduling, crew arrival updates and job status updates. We only text people who opted in themselves, at the number they gave us.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. You can reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no further messages. To opt back in, submit any form on our website again with the consent box checked.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Intellectual property
