How a referral works

  1. You find it. You open a wall, pull a line or clear a backup and find wet framing, mold or sewage past what the plumbing repair covers.
  2. You call or text us. Our line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at (866) 333-6424. Our typical response is about one hour.
  3. We take the restoration. Water extraction, structural drying, sewage cleanup, mold remediation and repairs, for homes and businesses across Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Wayne and Lapeer counties. The homeowner files the insurance claim, and we invoice the carrier directly.
  4. We keep you posted. If you opt in to referral update texts, we text you when we receive the referral and as the job moves.
