And we rebuild. Half of what we do is putting homes back together after the drying is done. You can deal with one company from the first call to the finished kitchen, or bring in your own contractor for the rebuild if you prefer.

How soon can someone get here?
Call our 24-hour line and we will get moving. Our response time is typically about an hour. Water and smoke do more damage the longer they sit, so the sooner we hear from you, the more of the property we can save.
What should I do before anyone gets here?
Safety comes first. If water is near outlets or an electrical panel, stay out of that room. For a water loss, shut off the water supply if you can reach the valve safely. After a fire, stay out until the fire department says it is safe to go back in. Do not turn the heating or air conditioning back on, because moving air spreads soot. If you suspect sewage, mold or asbestos, keep people and pets away and leave the material alone until we have seen it. Then report the loss to your insurance company.
Will my insurance cover this?
Every claim is different, and coverage is your insurance company's decision. We handle thousands of claims a year, so there are very few situations we have not seen. Call us early and we will explain how the process works and what your insurance company is likely to ask for. We document the loss as we work, so you have the records the claim needs.
What will it cost?
It depends on how much of the property is affected, how long the damage sat before it was found, and which materials are involved. The cost cannot be predicted without a thorough inspection, and we will walk you through it once we have seen the damage.
