Step 5. Paperwork, and your carrier
The job is photographed and documented from the first visit onward. Our pricing is taken from a current Xactimate list, which is what carriers generally use, and a crew is typically on the property four to eight hours a day. We send the invoice three to five business days after the work is complete, and thirty days is the payment term. If a claim is open we send your carrier everything the file needs and stay in the conversation with your adjuster until it closes.
