Step 5. Paperwork and the insurance side
Once the drying is confirmed we close the job out on paper. Charges are time and materials against the IICRC S500 standards manual, priced from a current Xactimate list so every line has a source behind it. Invoices are issued three to five business days after completion and payment is due in thirty days. With an open claim we document everything the carrier needs.
