Step 5. Billing, and the claim
When the readings clear the job, the paperwork follows. We charge time and materials measured against the IICRC S500 standards manual and priced from a current Xactimate list. Invoices go out three to five business days after we finish, and payment is due in thirty days. If a claim is open we document it for your carrier and stay in the conversation with the adjuster to the end.
