Step 1. You call and a person picks up
Ring us at any hour and you get a person, not a recording. We ask where the water is coming from, whether it is still running, and whether the power is safe to leave on. If the house is on a well, we ask about the pump. Then we dispatch, and an hour is the usual run out to White Lake.
